Axtlan, Xixicor, characters, artwork, designs, names, lore, and related materials are protected works and brand assets managed by Olmteka S.A.S. de C.V. Purchase does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
Download issues
If you receive a wrong, corrupted, incomplete file or cannot access your download, contact shop@axtlan.mx with your order number, purchase email, and a clear description of the issue.
Refunds
Digital products are generally non-refundable after digital delivery, except where a defect exists, the wrong file was delivered, access cannot reasonably be provided, or mandatory law requires a remedy. See the Return and Refund Policy.
